1. Processing Time

  • What it is: Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. This includes order verification, payment clearance, and packaging.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • International Customers: Please be aware that you are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees that may be incurred. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are paid directly to your local customs authority or carrier.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@aquabelle.online with your order number. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [7] days of delivery at support@aquabelle.online with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement or refund.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows that your package is stuck or has not been delivered within a reasonable time frame, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package is deemed lost, we will ship a replacement to you at no cost (subject to stock availability) or provide a full refund.
