Q: What is your swimwear made from?
A: Our pieces are primarily made from high-quality, durable fabrics like recycled nylon and spandex for stretch and shape retention. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: To ensure hygiene and the safety of all our customers, we have a strict Wrong Item Policy.

We accept returns only if we have made an error with your order (e.g., you received the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product).

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached in its original packaging. Please contact us at support@aquabelle.online within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange for the correct item.

Please note: Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or if the item does not meet your expectations. We highly recommend using our detailed size charts and product descriptions to guide your purchase.

Q: Can I return sale items?
