1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept a return or exchange under the following conditions:

You received a defective or faulty product.
To be eligible, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags are attached.

It is returned in its original packaging.

2. What We Cannot Accept
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Incorrect size selection by the customer.

The item does not meet your expectations.
We strongly encourage you to use our detailed size charts and product descriptions to guide your purchase decisions carefully.
3. Sale Items
All items purchased during a sale are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you believe your return is eligible under our policy, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue (e.g., "received a medium instead of a small" or "description of the defect").

We will review your request and provide you with further instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Please do not ship the item back until you have received explicit instructions and a return authorization from our team.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, in accordance with your payment provider's policies.
For exchanges, we will ship out the correct item to you as soon as possible.
